- Wow so much has changed since last posting my profile so it is in major need of an update! I have recently graduated from the two-year photography program at CVCC in Hickory, NC. I am still photographing sports and events with The Shelby Star but only on a freelance basis and have since started photographing under Seth Mabry at The Lincoln Times News! In addition I have started my own wedding photography studio here in Kings Mountain, Intimate Visions by Kristy, and am in my second year of business and loving it! It is so challenging and rewarding to be able to capture a couple's love and thier big day and have been extremely lucky to have met some awesome photographers and individuals throughout my photography career since starting almost 4years ago at CVCC! Currently with my busy wedding and freelancing for the newspaper's schedule, I am looking to expand out into portrait photography,mainly focusing on children and high school seniors!
